Diane Gromoske
is a Personal Banker at the SNBT Tenth Street, Menominee office.
Here she is responsible for customer relationship development
whereby she assists individuals and business customers, answers
their questions, and recommends services to meet their financial
needs. In addition, Diane manages department operations and
processes daily transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and
confidentiality. |

Diane is a Certified IRA Services
Professional (CISP) and is among the elite group of SNBT employees
known as The Retirement Experts, who hold 22 prestigious
certifications – the largest collection of retirement credentials in
the area – including the area’s only CISPs. |
|
|
|
She is a
two-time recipient of the bank’s Award of
Excellence, first in 2003 and most recently
in 2011. This award is given to employees
who demonstrate excellence in customer
service, reliability, responsiveness to
customers’ and bank employees’ needs,
superior job knowledge, professionalism,
motivation, and productivity. |

A Menominee
High School graduate, Diane joined SNBT in
2002 as a Customer Service Representative
and has 13 years of banking experience. She
has been the bank’s Financial Literacy
Coordinator since 2003. She is an active
member of the Menominee Area Kiwanis Club,
United Way volunteer, and is alumni of the
M&M Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership
Academy. She and her husband, John, live in
Menominee and have 2 children. |
