Bank Online Customers: |

Recently an upgrade took place on our SNB&T
Bank Online service. Due to the upgrade, the navigation buttons on
Bank Online will be hidden until you delete the “Temporary Internet
Files” on your computer. |

To fix this problem follow these steps: |
| 1. Open Internet Explorer |
| 2. Click on “Tools” in the top toolbar |
| 3. Choose “Internet Options” |
| 4. A box will appear |
| 5. On the “General” tab, in the
“Browsing History” section click the “Delete” button |
| 6. Then click “Delete Files” under the
“Temporary Internet Files” section. |
| 7. When finished, click “Close” |
