1. Use a touch-tone phone to call 715-735-BANK (715-735-2265).

2. Press “2” on your telephone keypad to obtain current interest rates and product information.
 
 
Activation
Before using Bankline, you must activate your account by calling The Stephenson National Bank & Trust at 715-732-1732.
 
 
Getting Started

Complete these steps whenever you access an account for the first time.

 

• Using a touch-tone phone, dial 715-735-BANK (715-735-2265). If you are calling long distance, dial 800-924-9796.

 
• Choose Option 1 to obtain specific account information.
 
• Enter the account number from your statement. Savings and loan accounts require the full 10 digits. Follow your entry with a # sign.
 
• Select the account type, as instructed by Bankline.
 
• Enter the last four digits of your Social Security number or your tax identification number.
 
• Create a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This becomes your confidential four-digit code for inquiries into your account. You may select a different PIN for each account, and you may change your PIN at any time without charge.
 
• Re-enter your PIN for verification. You will hear the message, “Your PIN has been changed.” This means Bankline has accepted your PIN and it will be retained.
 
• Now you are ready to use Bankline to access your specific account information.
 
 

After you enter your account number, account type, and PIN,
follow the voice prompts or use the handy
Bankline Options Quicklist.

 

 

With Bankline you can:
 
• Verify your account balance
 
• Find out if a specific check has cleared and verify the amount of the check
 
• Listen to the most recent checks that have cleared your account
 
• Hear the most recent deposits, withdrawals, ATM and Debit Card transactions
 
• Confirm direct deposits and automatic payments
 
• Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and money market accounts
 
• Determine your loan balance and payment information
 

• Make consumer, commercial, and mortgage loan payments

 
• Order a duplicate statement or current account history print out
