About Bank Online

 

How do I enroll? 

      Go to the SNB&T website at www.snbt.com

      Click the Bank Online Info button in the lefthand toolbar

      Click “Enroll Now!” located in the upper right corner of the page

      Fill out the "First Time User Information"

      Click "Submit" to accept the Terms and Conditions

      In the next 3-5 business days you will receive two notices via US Mail, one with your Access ID followed by another in a blank envelope with your Password

 
How do I log in?

      Enter your temporary Access ID and click “Submit”

      Enter your temporary Password and click “Submit”

      Change your Access ID (one time only) – at least 6 characters

      You must change your password - between 6 and 16 characters

      Provide your current e-mail address

      View the Authentication Image presented

      Create an Authentication Pass Phrase

      Create Challenge Questions and Answers

      Register the computer you are currently using. “Personal” is designated for a private, non-public computer. “Public” is for one-time access from a computer in an Internet café or library. You may register more than one computer.

 
Suggestions to Protect your Privacy:

      Make your Access ID and Password unique and not easily identifiable.

      Use at least 6 characters when creating your Access ID.

      Create your Password using 6-16 characters including at least 1 number and 1 letter

      Memorize your user Access ID and Password.  Never write down your Password or reveal it to anyone.

      You will be prompted to change your Password every six months

      Do not ask your computer to remember your Access ID and Password; re-type it every time.

      If your Authentication Image and Pass Phrase do not match, do not enter your Password. Start over or contact the bank for assistance.

      You will be assigned an initial Authentication Image and Pass Phrase, but after successfully logging in, change both by going into “Options” and clicking on “Change Security Data.”

      Your Bank Online account will be closed if it remains inactive for 6 months.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Your Bank Online account will be closed if it remains inactive for 6 months. Therefore, you must log in at least once during any 6 month period or your Bank Online account will be closed.

 
Are there any special system requirements to use Bank Online? 
The only system requirements needed are access to the internet and an updated browser such as Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator 4.7 or higher.

Is Bank Online secure?   
Yes, Bank Online is a safe, secure website.  SNB&T uses an additional layer of security to help verify your identity and keep your account information protected from fraud and identity theft.
 
What happens if I forget my Password?
You may attempt to enter your password four times.  If the fourth attempt is invalid, you will be locked out of the system.  You will need to call the Bookkeeping Department at (715) 735-2356 in order for us to reset the system so that you may enter a new password.  You may also e-mail your request to bankonline@snbt.com.
 
How late in the evening can I make transfers?
The transfer cut-off time for current day’s business is 3:00 p.m. central time.  Transfers after 3:00 p.m. will be credited to the next business day.
 
If a recurring transfer falls on a weekend or holiday, when will the transfer occur?
The transfer will occur on the business day after the weekend or holiday.
 
How long will I be able to see transactions and statements?
By clicking on the "History" button, you can view all transactions from the "Current Statement" or all transactions from your "Previous Statement".
