eStatement Enrollment is a Breeze!
1. Log in to Bank Online.
2. Click on the "eStatements" button.
3. Read and accept the disclosure statement, this stop must be completed in order to stop receiving paper statements.
4. Verify your e-mail address so that you will receive e-mails when statements are ready.
All personal accounts are eligible except Passbook Savings and CDs. Your cancelled checks will not be returned.
View your Statements: Review and print your eStatements from your computer.
     • Statements are listed by account type, account number, and statement date.
     • Access 18 months of statement history. Archives begin as of August 20, 2009.

     • Statements that are currently combined will remain combined for eStatements.

     • You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or higher – download it for free directly from the eStatements site.
Account Access: Allow others access to view your eStatements, such as accountant or Financial Power of Attorney.
     • An invitation and confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided for additional viewers.
     • Only the account holder can add, update, or remove access.
E-mail Notification: Receive an e-mail notifying you to retrieve your eStatement.
     • Keep your e-mail address current to receive these e-mails.

Bank Online Features:
Take Me To: Choose which page to view first, either “Customer Account Summary” for a list of accounts or “Account Detail” for your primary account. To change your primary account once you are logged in, click “Options”.
Express Transfers: Transfer funds among SNB&T accounts.
     • Advanced Transfer Options – Make multiple transfers in one transaction.
     • Advanced Scheduled Transfers – Schedule regular transfers and loan payments.
Today’s Transactions: View transactions that cleared your account today.
Future Scheduled Transactions: View upcoming transactions.
Transactions: View a history of previous and current statements. Perform a Transaction Search by cycle, type, date, amount, or check number. Export your information into personal financial software.

Stop Payment: Put a Stop Payment on a check or range of checks. (The normal Stop Payment fee will apply.)

Options: Change your password, e-mail address, security data, account nicknames, and primary account.
Check Images: Retrieve front and back images of your checks by clicking on the check number. You may even print these check images for future reference.

Did you forget your password: Have a temporary password e-mailed to you if you should forget yours or become locked out. Be sure to keep your e-mail address up-to-date for this secure process and to receive pertinent announcements about Bank Online enhancements.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Bank Online account will be closed if it remains inactive for 6 months. Therefore, you must log in at least once during any 6 month period to ensure your account remains active.

Bill Pay Features:

Payment Center: Make multiple bill payments on one screen.

     • Pay Bills: Insert the payment amount, choose the first available Pay Date or select another date.
     •  Bill Reminders: Receive an e-mail notification when bills are due.
     •  Recent Payments: Review a listing of completed payments.
     •  View Bill History: View recent payments, sort by category and export history into personal financial software.
Manage my Bills: Add automatic payments, update or delete biller information, and set up bill reminders.
My Accounts: Update checking account information, add or delete accounts or move payments from one account to another.
eBills: Receive bills electronically and stop receiving paper bills in the mail.
 
Bill Pay Package Plans Available:
Traditional - $4.95 per month for 15 payments, $.50 for each additional payment, base price free for first 3 months.
Economy - $3.95 per month for 5 payments, $.50 for each additional payment, base price free for first 3 months.
Deluxe - $10.95 per month for 30 payments, $.50 for each additional payment, base price free for first 3 months.
