Allen and Durow Receive Bank Awards of Excellence

Pam Allen and Beth Durow have received two bank awards. Created in 1988, the Award of Excellence is given to two employees semi-annually. Recipients are nominated by their co-workers for demonstrating excellence in customer service, reliability, responsiveness to customers’ and bank employees’ needs, superior job knowledge, professionalism, motivation and productivity.
The first award, given to Durow, recognizes that she is an integral part of the bank as a true “go to” person. As the Accounting Officer at SNB&T, she is responsible for setting up and maintaining the bank’s financial reporting systems, processing entries and information for accounting functions and reconciling general ledger and correspondent bank statements.

Durow joined SNB&T in 2002 as Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Operations Specialist. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay as an Accounting major. In addition, she is an active member of the Clothes Vault and a volunteer for Relay for Life. She and her husband Kevin live in Menominee.
The second award was given to Allen for consistently exceeding customers’ expectations. Allen has been at SNB&T since January 1998 when she joined the bank as Trust Investment Officer, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2000. In addition, she is a past recipient of the bank’s Award of Excellence.
Allen is responsible for account investment management, trust and estate administration, and IRA administration.  She also works closely with clients on their estate planning needs.  Having served in an executive capacity for a local company for many years, and being a native of the area, Pam knows the needs of area residents well.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, with a minor in finance at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Allen is also a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust Investment & Advanced Trust Investment Schools, American Bankers Association National Trust School and in 2005, she received her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation.

Her current volunteer activity includes serving on the Advisory Board at the Salvation Army.  Prior activities include School Board Member at Marinette Catholic Central High School, and Executive Committee Member of Marinette Area Chamber of Commerce. Allen has lived in Marinette for over 50 years.
