Allen and Durow Receive Bank
Awards of Excellence |
|
|
| Pam Allen and Beth Durow have
received two bank awards. Created in 1988, the Award of
Excellence is given to two employees semi-annually.
Recipients are nominated by their co-workers for
demonstrating excellence in customer service, reliability,
responsiveness to customers’ and bank employees’ needs,
superior job knowledge, professionalism, motivation and
productivity. |

The first award, given to Durow, recognizes that she is an
integral part of the bank as a true “go to” person. As the
Accounting Officer at SNB&T, she is responsible for setting
up and maintaining the bank’s financial reporting systems,
processing entries and information for accounting functions
and reconciling general ledger and correspondent bank
statements. |

|
Durow joined SNB&T in 2002 as Customer Service
Representative and was promoted to Operations Specialist.
She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay as an Accounting
major. In addition, she is an active member of the Clothes
Vault and a volunteer for Relay for Life. She and her
husband Kevin live in Menominee. |

The second
award was
given to
Allen for
consistently
exceeding
customers’
expectations.
Allen has
been at
SNB&T since
January 1998
when she
joined the
bank as
Trust
Investment
Officer, she
was promoted
to Assistant
Vice
President in
2000. In
addition,
she is a
past
recipient of
the bank’s
Award of
Excellence. |

Allen is
responsible
for account
investment
management,
trust and
estate
administration,
and IRA
administration.
She also
works
closely with
clients on
their estate
planning
needs.
Having
served in an
executive
capacity for
a local
company for
many years,
and being a
native of
the area,
Pam knows
the needs of
area
residents
well. |

She earned
her
Bachelor’s
Degree in
accounting,
with a minor
in finance
at the
University
of
Wisconsin-Green
Bay. Allen
is also a
graduate of
Cannon
Financial
Institute’s
Trust
Investment &
Advanced
Trust
Investment
Schools,
American
Bankers
Association
National
Trust School
and in 2005,
she received
her
Certified
Trust and
Financial
Advisor (CTFA)
designation. |

Her current
volunteer
activity
includes
serving on
the Advisory
Board at the
Salvation
Army. Prior
activities
include
School Board
Member at
Marinette
Catholic
Central High
School, and
Executive
Committee
Member of
Marinette
Area Chamber
of Commerce.
Allen has
lived in
Marinette
for over 50
years. |
