Larson and Borowski Receive Bank
Awards of Excellence |
|
| John K. Reinke, president of The
Stephenson National Bank & Trust, announced recently that
Beth Larson and Lori Borowski have received two bank awards |
|
| Created in 1988, the Award of
Excellence is given to two employees semi-annually.
Recipients are nominated by their co-workers for
demonstrating excellence in customer service, reliability,
responsiveness to customers and bank employees needs,
superior job knowledge, professionalism, motivation and
productivity. |
|
|
The first award, given to Borowski, recognizes that she is
an integral part of the bank as a true “go to” person. She
is an Information Systems Specialist at SNB&T with 18 years
of banking experience. She is responsible for maintaining
customer database information, creating reports, providing
support for Internet Banking and computer operations. |

|
|
|
Borowski joined The Stephenson National Bank & Trust in 1992
and is a past recipient of the bank’s Award of Excellence.
She has worked as a teller, assistant supervisor of Customer
Information Systems and assistant bookkeeping supervisor. |
|
|
|
|
A graduate
of the
Northeast
Wisconsin
Technical
College (NWTC)
Principals
of Banking
Course,
Borowski
also has a
technical
degree as an
Account
Clerk; in
addition she
has taken
numerous
courses
through the
Wisconsin
Bankers
Association. |
|
|
|
Her
volunteer
work
consists of
helping at
her
children’s
schools.
Borowski
lives in
Marinette
with her
husband
Jerry and
their son
and
daughter. |
|
|
|
The second
award was
given to
Larson for
consistently
exceeding
customers’
expectations.
She is the
Assistant
Branch
Manager for
the bank’s
Oconto
Office and
is
responsible
for
overseeing
the Customer
Service
Representatives,
working with
retail and
commercial
business
customers,
as well as
Consumer
Lending. |

Larson
joined the
bank in July
2001. She is
a graduate
of the NWTC
Principals
of Banking
Course and
Supervisor/Management
Course, in
addition to
her
Wisconsin
Bankers
Association
Consumer
Lending
Course. |

Her
volunteer
activities
include
Teach
Children
to
Save
Day.
She
lives
in
Oconto
with
her
husband. |
