Marceley and Roberge Recieve Bank
Awards of Excellence |

|
Tonnie Marcely and Pat Roberge have received awards from The Stephenson
National Bank & Trust (SNB&T). Created in 1988, the Award of Excellence
is given to two employees semi-annually. Recipients are nominated by
their co-workers for demonstrating excellence in customer service,
reliability, responsiveness to customers’ and bank employees’ needs,
superior job knowledge, professionalism, motivation and productivity. |

The first award was given to Marcely for consistently exceeding customers’
expectations. As a Loan Processer, she is responsible for typing and
processing loans, maintaining tax, insurance and escrow information and
sending out customer loan statements. |
|
|
|
Marcely, a Marinette Catholic Central
High School Graduate, joined SNB&T in 2006 as a Customer
Service Representative. Her volunteer activity includes
being a member of The Clothes Vault committee, past troupe
leader for Girl Scouts, helping at her daughter’s school,
and visiting the animal shelter. Marcely lives in Marinette
with her daughter; they are members of Holy Family Parish. |

The second award, given to Roberge,
recognizes that she is an integral part of the bank as a
true “go to” person. She is the Loan Operations Coordinator
and is responsible for the loan department’s reporting
requirements, researching and implementing upgrades in
software applications, training, writing procedures and
troubleshooting problems. |
|
|
|
Roberge joined SNB&T in July 2001 as a
Loan Secretary in Oconto. She is a graduate of Oconto Falls
High School, a Navy Veteran, and holds an Associate’s Degree
in Business Management from the University of Maryland. She
has served 3 year’s on the Wisconsin Banker’s Association (WBA)
Fipco Loan Software Committee. In addition, she maintains
ongoing training through the WBA Loan Compliance School and
continues to take classes and attend Banking Industry
seminars. |

Her volunteer activity includes the
American Heart Association and American Cancer Society
neighborhood collections. She and her husband Bob live in
Little Suamico, they have two children. |
|
|
|
