Pelnar and Dzurick Receive Bank
Awards of Excellence |

|
| Louise Pelnar and Ken Dzurick
have received two awards from The Stephenson National Bank &
Trust (SNB&T). Created in 1988, the Award of Excellence is
given to two employees semi-annually. Recipients are
nominated by their co-workers for demonstrating excellence
in customer service, reliability, responsiveness to
customers’ and bank employees’ needs, superior job
knowledge, professionalism, motivation and productivity. |

| The first award was given to
Pelnar for consistently exceeding customers’ expectations.
Her responsibilities include listening to and recommending
solutions to customer inquiries by phone or in person
concerning checking and savings accounts, transfers,
overdrafts and stop payments. In addition, she is
responsible for ATM and Debit Card processing. |

Pelnar joined SNB&T in 1986. Throughout her 22 years at the
bank she has held several positions including proof
operator, accounting clerk, bookkeeping supervisor,
education coordinator and assistant cashier. |
|
|
Her education includes business and banking courses at NWTC
and certification from the American Institute of Banking.
She is a past recipient of the bank’s Award of Excellence,
an award given semi-annually to employees who demonstrate
superior job knowledge, professionalism, motivation,
productivity and customer service. |

Her
community
service

volunteering
at the Jerry
Parins
Cruise for
Cancer
Event. She
and her
husband
Lowell live
in Wallace
and have two
adult
children and
four
grandchildren |

The second
award, given
to Dzurick,
recognizes
that he is
an integral
part of the
bank as a
true “go to”
person. He
is
responsible
for building
maintenance
and repairs. |

He joined
SNB&T in
1983;
throughout
his 25 years
of service
to the bank
he has
worked
tirelessly
to perform
tasks to the
highest
standard.
His
readiness
and
commitment
to the job
earned him
this award. |

Dzurick resides in Marinette with his wife Ellen, they have three adult children and two grandchildren. |
