Bergquist Promoted to Assistant Vice
President |

|
Kathleen Bergquist has recently been promoted to Assistant
Vice President and Human Resources Director at The
Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNB&T). |
 |

|
|
|
Joining SNB&T in 2005, Bergquist is responsible for
compensation planning and administration, recruitment and
selection, employee relations and development, compliance,
benefit administration and policy administration. She
collaborates with other departments throughout the bank and
serves on several committees including Strategic Marketing,
Pension, and Wellness. |

|
|
|
A
Menominee County native,
Bergquist attended Barnes
Business College in Denver,
Colo. In addition, she has
participated in the Human
Resources Management School,
as part of the University of
Wisconsin, Graduate School
of Banking Program. |

|
She
currently volunteers with
the Marinette Kiwanis Club
and lives in Menominee with
her husband Barry. |
