The
Stephenson
National
Bank
&
Trust
recently
awarded
scholarships
totaling
over
$11,000
to
local
high
school,
college
and
university
students.
The
first
scholarship
is
given
in
memory
of
the
Louis
W.
Staudenmaier
who
served
as
the
bank’s
president
from
1952
through
1980.
The
second
was
created
by
the
bank’s
Chairman,
Mary
L.
Staudenmaier.
Both
scholarships
recognize
the
achievements
of
exceptional
area
students. |

scholarship
program
is
one
of
several
bank
activities
that
support
youth
and
education.
In
recognition
of
their
outstanding
work
in
financial
education,
the
bank
earned
awards
for
the
past
eight
years
from
the
Wisconsin
Bankers
Association.

for

Smart

Credit
Day”,
which
teaches
young
adults
about
using
credit
wisely;
participating
in
the
Kiwanis
“Kid
Kare
ID”;
and
sponsoring
