Beier and Brezsko Receive Bank Awards of Excellence

Cheryl Beier and Mindy Brezsko have received awards from The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNB&T). Created in 1988, the Award of Excellence is given to two employees annually. Recipients are nominated by their co-workers for demonstrating excellence in customer service, reliability, responsiveness to customers’ and bank employees’ needs, superior job knowledge, professionalism, motivation and productivity.

The first award was given to Beier for consistently exceeding customers’ expectations. As a Bookkeeper she is responsible for assisting customers by listening, asking questions and suggesting services to match their needs.

Beier joined SNB&T in 2006 in the Information Systems department. Her volunteer activity includes American Cancer Society Relay for Life team and M&M Tailgate Fundraising team. She lives in Peshtigo with her daughter.

The second award, given to Brezsko, recognizes that she is an integral part of the bank as a true “go to” person. As Trust Administrative Assistant, she is responsible for preparing and coordinating internal and executive committee meetings, assisting Trust Officers, and answering client questions.

Brezsko, an Aurora, Ill. native, joined SNB&T in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative in Menominee. During that time, she received an award for having zero cash variations for an entire year. Currently, she is enrolled in classes at NWTC for her Associate’s Degree.

Her volunteer activity includes helping at her daughter’s school and M&M Tailgate Fundraising team. She and her husband Treg live in Menominee with her daughter.
