Bergquist Promoted to Vice President |

Kathleen Bergquist, Human Resources
Director at The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNB&T), has recently
been promoted to Vice President and named as a member of the bank’s
Senior Management team. |

|
“This promotion is a testimonial to
Kathleen’s work ethic and strength of management of the human resources
department,” said John Reinke, SNB&T president. “Kathleen’s experience
and knowledge will add a new dimension to the senior management team.” |

|
|
Joining
SNB&T in 2005, Bergquist is responsible for compensation
planning and administration, recruitment and selection,
employee relations and development, compliance, benefit
administration and policy administration. She collaborates
with other departments throughout the bank and serves on
several committees including Strategic Marketing, Pension,
and Wellness. |
|
|
|
A
Menominee County native, Bergquist attended Barnes Business
College in Denver, Colo. In addition, she completed the
Human Resources Management School, as part of the University
of Wisconsin, Graduate School of Banking Program, and is a
current participant in the Wisconsin Bankers Association
Leadership Institute. |

|
|
She is
a member of the Marinette Kiwanis Club and the Women’s
Giving Circle of Marinette and Menominee Counties. She and
her husband Barry live in Menominee. |
