Heabel Earns Bank Award for Notable
Service |

|
Darlene Heabel recently received the 2008
Mary L. Staudenmaier WINGS (Worthy Individual Noted for Generous
Service) Award. Named in honor of The Stephenson National Bank &
Trust (SNB&T) chairman of the board, the award celebrates an employee’s
outstanding commitment to community service. |

“This award is named in honor of our
leading community servant – Mary Staudenmaier,” explained John Reinke,
SNB&T president. “Her record of community involvement is almost
unparalleled in our area.” |
|
|
|
Heabel
is a Customer Service Representative and Personal Banker at
the bank’s Oconto office. She pledged 195 hours of community
service among four organizations: Boy Scouts of America,
Crivitz Area Food Pantry, Crivitz Elementary School, and
NEWCare Home. |
|
|
|
An
experienced Personal Banker and customer service
representative, Heabel joined SNB&T in 2006; she worked at
the Marinette office until being transferred in February
2008 to the bank’s Oconto office at 101 Bralick Way. |
|
|
|
She is
responsible for meeting with customers, answering questions,
discussing their financial needs and recommending accounts
to meet those needs. In addition, she processes daily
transactions with accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality
while providing excellent customer service. |
|
|
|
Heabel,
a graduate of Crivitz High School, has 27 years of customer
service experience and has completed various courses from
the Institute of Financial Education. Heabel lives in
Crivitz with her husband and two children. |
|
|
|
To
recognize her accomplishment, Heabel received the WINGS
plaque and her name and photograph will be added to the
WINGS display in the Marinette location. In addition, the
bank will make a $500 contribution in her name to the
organization of her choice. |
|
|
|
SNB&T
encourages bank employees to be active in the community,
serving on boards of directors, volunteering in schools and
a variety of non-profit organizations. The WINGS award was
created to celebrate this generosity of spirit and to
recognize an employee’s contributions to individual
volunteer efforts. Previous WINGS recipients are Dave Meyer,
Julie Beyer, Julie Nygren, Jeff Wilinski, Perry Carlson,
Charlie Cappaert and Dan Peterson. |
