Rummaging for a Cure

SNB&T Employees Plan Charity Rummage Sale to Benefit Relay for Life

Nearly every person knows someone whose life has been touched by cancer. To raise funds for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, the employees of The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNB&T) have organized a charity rummage sale. The sale will be held on Saturday, May 16 from 7:00am to 2:00pm in the Marinette office parking lot located at 1820 Hall Avenue.

All money raised will be donated to Relay for Life through the SNB&T Relay Team. Items for sale have been donated by bank employees in hopes of raising $500 for the cause.

“We came up with the idea of ‘Rummaging for a Cure’ as a way to give more support for this worthy cause,” said Heidi Arnold, Assistant Customer Service Supervisor at SNB&T and co-coordinator of the rummage sale. “We are asking for a tremendous amount of community support the day of the sale in order to reach our goal.”

The rummage sale coordinators include Arnold and Customer Service Representatives Martha Boburka and Robin Sellers. A bake sale will be held in conjunction with the rummage sale. A rain date is planned for Saturday, May 30 from 7:00am to 2:00pm.
