SNBT Provides Relief to Business Effected by Road Construction

The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNBT) is putting its money where its mouth is… literally! The bank is partnering with business customers who may be impacted by the road construction projects in Menominee & Marinette. SNBT loan officers have invited their customers to revise their payment plans during this period of redevelopment to alleviate the potential harm due to decreased traffic.

“We truly value our partnerships with our customers”, said Dan Peterson, SNBT Executive Vice President and Loan Officer. “We’re committed to doing whatever we can to help these businesses successfully get through this project as well as minimize any negative financial impact the construction may have on their business.” By taking a proactive approach to this problem, SNB&T aims to mitigate the economic effect of this construction project on these businesses and reduce the impact on our community.

Businesses along the road construction routes are keenly aware of the significant impact this six-month project could have on their bottom-line. To assist in this matter, and to try to keep its customers financially healthy, SNBT is working with customers to tailor a payment plan that suits their needs. Ultimately, this plan will reduce monthly loan payments and, in turn, will redirect their cash flow toward maintaining the vitality of their business.

“Small businesses are the very fabric of our local economy, and SNBT is part of the integral role they play in our communities,” continued Peterson. “We know our businesses and the people running them; our customers are at the heart of everything we do. This is our opportunity to thank our customers and let them know that we stand behind them during the tough times.”
