Oczus and Rowe Receive Bank Awards
of Excellence |

|
| Heidi Oczus and Laura Rowe have received awards
from The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNBT). Created in 1988, the Award
of Excellence is given to two employees annually. Recipients are nominated
by their co-workers for demonstrating excellence in customer service,
reliability, responsiveness to customers’ and bank employees’ needs,
superior job knowledge, professionalism, motivation, and productivity. |

The first award was given to Oczus for
consistently exceeding customers’ expectations. She is a Customer
Service Representative at SNBT Tenth Street, Menominee office where
she is responsible for processing
daily transactions with accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality
while providing excellent customer service. In addition, Oczus
assists customers by answering their questions and recommending
services to meet their financial needs. |

Oczus joined
SNBT in 2006 and
holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan
University in Marquette, Mich.
She volunteers for
several area organizations and lives in Menominee
with her husband Mike, they have two grown sons. |
|
|
|
The second award, given to Rowe, recognizes that she
is an integral part of the bank as a true “go to”
person. She joined SNBT in 2004 as Marketing
Coordinator and was promoted to Marketing Officer in
2005. Rowe is responsible for the bank’s marketing,
advertising, public relations, event planning,
promotions, and internal communications. |

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in
communications from Oakland University in Rochester,
Mich. Her volunteer activity includes serving on the
boards for Respite Care of Marinette & Menominee
Counties and M&M Yacht Club. She also volunteers
with The Clothes Vault and Menominee Waterfront
Festival Committee. |

Rowe is a past recipient of the
Mary L. Staudenmaier
WINGS (Worthy Individual Noted for Generous Service)
Award.
An award created to celebrate an employee’s
generosity of spirit and to recognize her commitment
to outstanding community service. She and her
husband Ed reside in Marinette, Wis. |
